“Chiropractic is in my soul—I was born to be a chiropractor.”
Chiropractic runs deep in my family. My grandfather was a chiropractor, and from a young age, I witnessed the transformative power of natural healing. The countless “chiropractic miracles” I saw in his practice inspired me to dedicate my life to holistic healthcare.
I graduated from Greenon High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Physiological Psychology from Wright State University. I then pursued my Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), completing my internship and residency at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Medical Center. There, I had the privilege of serving our nation’s veterans, gaining invaluable clinical experience.
After earning my degree in 2005, my wife and I returned to Springfield, Ohio, to be close to family. I initially joined a local chiropractic practice, and by 2007, we proudly took ownership.
A Holistic Approach to Health
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to expanding my knowledge and providing the best care possible. In 2019, I became a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (C.F.M.P.), allowing me to integrate holistic, nutrition-based, and functional medicine approaches into patient care. Shortly after, we rebranded our office as Harding Holistics, reflecting our mission:
"Create health. Change lives."
At Harding Holistics, we believe in natural, patient-centered healing that addresses the root causes of health concerns—not just symptoms. Through chiropractic care, functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support, we empower individuals and families to achieve optimal wellness.
Helping Patients Near & Far
My passion is helping families experience vibrant health and lasting wellness through alternative, drug-free solutions. Every day, I witness firsthand the incredible transformations that come from chiropractic adjustments, functional medicine, and nutrition. It is an honor to serve patients not just from Springfield, Ohio, but from across the United States and even internationally.
If you’re ready to take control of your health and experience the benefits of holistic chiropractic care, we invite you to schedule a visit at Harding Holistics today!
“Helping Women & Families Achieve Lasting Health Naturally”
I always believed I would become a pediatrician, but early in my studies, I realized that conventional medicine—treating symptoms and prescribing medications—didn’t align with my vision of true healthcare. Unlike my husband, I didn’t grow up with chiropractic care, so at first, it seemed a little unconventional. But during my time at Wright State University, I experienced chiropractic firsthand—and everything clicked. This was the holistic, root-cause approachto health I had been searching for.
I graduated with honors from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before earning my Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). My internship and residency at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Medical Center gave me the opportunity to serve veterans while deepening my clinical expertise. Academically, I’ve always been driven, graduating in the top 5% of my class.

A Passion for Functional & Holistic Medicine
My love for learning and whole-body healing has only grown over the years. In 2013, I became a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (C.F.M.P.), expanding my ability to address chronic health issues through nutrition, lifestyle, and personalized care. In 2020, I earned certification in the Callahan Emotional Release Technique, integrating emotional health into my holistic approach.
Personal Experience with Autoimmune Healing
After the birth of our first child, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I struggled with fatigue, brain fog, hair loss, and an overwhelming need for naps. Through this journey, I realized just how inadequate conventional medicine can be when treating autoimmune conditions. Frustrated but determined, I dedicated myself to researching, experimenting, and developing holistic strategies for women’s health and autoimmune wellness.
Today, I use my personal experience and clinical expertise to help women navigate hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders, and chronic health concerns—empowering them to reclaim their energy and well-being.
Balancing Family, Education & Patient Care
Beyond the clinic, I wear many hats. I homeschool our children, serve as a tutor in our Classical Conversations co-op, and continue to provide chiropractic care, functional medicine, and sought-after health consultations. My husband and I are privileged to share this journey, united in our mission to create health and change lives.
If you’re looking for a natural, holistic approach to wellness, I’d love to help you on your health journey.
“While other professions are concerned with changing the environment to suit the weakened body, chiropractic is concerned with strengthening the body to suit the environment.”
- B. J. Palmer
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is from Greek meaning done by hand. It is grounded in the principle that the body can heal itself when the skeletal system is correctly aligned and the nervous system is functioning properly. To achieve this, the practitioner uses his or her hands (or an adjusting tool) to perform specific “adjustments” of the vertebrae. When bones of the spine are not correctly articulated, it results in a condition known as a vertebral subluxation. When a vertebral subluxation is present, nerve transmission is disrupted, which causes pain in the back, as well as other areas of the body.
You may think of you nervous system like the electrical system of your body. Much like a regular fuse box, the nervous system controls and coordinates all organs and structures of the human body. When tension and stress build up in an area of the spine, it creates interference and overloads the nerve or nerves nearby, creating what is known as a subluxation. This acts similar to a blown fuse in your house. By finding and correcting subluxations in your spine, specific chiropractic adjustments help restore power and function to those parts of the body!
We have seen chiropractic work miracles. We are blessed our skills allow us to provide chiropractic care to our community. We help everyone from infants to centurions, from pregnant moms to hesitant dads, from clumsy runners to professional athletes, from grandchildren to grandparents, and anyone who finds a fit with our office.
“Functional Medicine determines how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root causes of disease for each individual”. – The IFM
Functional Medicine addresses the underlying causes of disease, using a systems-oriented approach and engaging both patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership.
It is an evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, Functional Medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.
By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, Functional Medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.
Functional Medicine practitioners spend time with their patients, listening to their histories and looking at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex, chronic disease. In this way, Functional Medicine supports the unique expression of health and vitality for each individual.
Functional Medicine is a personalized, systems-oriented model that empowers patients and practitioners to achieve the highest expression of health by working in collaboration to address the underlying cause of disease and ill-health
Functional Medicine enables physicians and other health professionals to practice proactive, predictive, personalized medicine and empowers patients to take an active role in their own health.
